Glad that the weather was super nice when we got there. There’s a stone you can sit on to take pictures. On the left... hand side near the “Noch Ness” sign, there’s a small area to take some pictures as well, which you have to step on the small rocks and water.Some nice food around there too!read more

Very nice view over the Loch Ness lake. Fort Augustus is nice overnight stop. There are boat trips, speed boat or... canoeing. Tickets can be bought form Cruise Loch Ness office witch is right next to the bridge. If you book for canoeing, if the weather gets bad the crew might only take you up the river Oich. Some souvenir shops, pubs, grocery at the fuel station. Car trips , bike rides are worth doing around the lake.read more

A great spot for a short rest with a tremendous view of Loch Ness. On one side, you can look across Loch Ness and on... the other along the canal of Fort Augustus. Unfortunately, we did not see Nessie, but the cruise ships that passed by were a nice sight, too. We were here on a nice and sunny afternoon in summer, but I can also imagine that the scenery is even more eery on a foggy morning or evening when Loch Ness is covered with mist.read more

Nice, clean room with comfy bed and what most important- en suite! Can't complain on standards at all... little tiny... issue with breakfast.... as I ve got my morning rite and can't have my breakfast at 7am...just prefer around 8.00ish AM I'm just missed some courses. Overall very good and I wish I can come back there soon!read more

I suggest you hit the Boathouse Hotel for a meal also, coz a view with food is even awesome!
