12 freshly decorated en-suite rooms, a traditional bar with a good range of whisky, gin and real ale. We serve locally sourced and freshly prepared meals with a highlight of the week being our popular Sunday roast.
Had a lovely time staying here in September. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and the food and atmosphere were... amazing. Cannot recommend the hotel, or fish pie, nut roast and Ferrero Roche cheesecake enough.read more

What a wonderful place very reasonably priced for bed and breakfast. A great base for visiting the highlands. Dogs are... welcome which is ideal for pets to go on holiday too. Our room was lovely just the right size for us. We loved the decor of the place with it's old antiques and the bar with its log burner. The staff were friendly, the food and drinks we had was nice too. We would reccomend this small hotel to anyone wanting a nice break up Scotland. It's only a 2star but we think it deserves at least a 3star. We will probably stay for a visit again.x🙂read more
Nice and cozy little hotel, in the Highlands near Loch Ness. Amazing views on the road from Fort Augustus up to the... hotel. Friendly and helpfull staff, with a relaxed atmosphere in the combined bar and restaurant area. Great local home-cooked food at reasonable prizes, lots of the local folks swing by for a pint or a meal.
Cozy and clean rooms with everything you would expect.
A great place for daily trips out in the Highlands, like Loch Ness, Falls of Foyers, Glen Affric or Inverness.
We absolutely had a great time here and recommend it to everyone looking for a good time in the Highlands.read more

My fiancé and I turned up without a booking one Sunday and the staff here were absolutely amazing, managing to fit us... in without reducing social distancing. We had a really romantic candlelit dinner for two and that’s before I even get to the food. We each had a vegetarian roast, which were amazing. A nut roast with goats cheese, roast potatoes and a spicy tomato gravy. I’d wholly recommend here for anyone in the area!!read more

I had a lovely stay at this hotel until late at night I was going to close the blinds when the curtain railling fell on... my head. It was late, so I just put it back and didn't want to wake anyone. The next morning I left the hotel and two days after I get a phone call demanding payment to fix the railing. The railing fell on me while I was using it for its intended purpose, I wasn't doing pull-ups. They then blackmailed me with pictures of my belongings that they violated my privacy by taking. Followed by them taking £50 from my account as payment for their faulty curtains. They also claimed that I had been smoking in their room while it was untrue. Very negative experience over all. They are thieves and liars.read more
I didn't get to stay here because of COVID-19. However, I'm giving 5 stars because of the amazing customer service... while cancelling. They did it with ease.read more
We almost could not find the hotel. The road we were traveling on became increasingly barren and we were actually... worried we might have taken a wrong turn somewhere. It was only our faith in the Waze that got us there. Very friendly hosts who got us some dinner even though we arrived very late. The room was snug, but comfortable.read more

Stayed for one night on my way south with my dog Tia. It was her first night in a hotel. The Whitebridge is a magical... place. It is very authentic without feeling old. The rooms were lovely and very clean. I had dinner in the bar with Tia and it was no problem with the dog and the food was 5 star too. I had the steak pie and it was very tender with lovely tasting gravy and just perfect pastry. My greatest praise for the food was breakfast with was outstanding. Continental was included in the price and it was fantastic with lovely granola in yoghurt and fruits and great selection of cheese and meats. Finally the staff were all very jolly and helpful with just the right amount of friendliness. Highly recommended and Tia did well on her first night in a hotel ?read more
Really good food, we had to go twice as the food and service was so good!!! 100% would recommend. We didn't see any of... the rooms but there was a guest book dating back to the 1800's which was an interesting read. Definitely worth checking out even if it's just for a drink and a game of poolread more
